I provide psychological consultation, therapy, and coaching to individuals and couples residing in New York, Montana, and worldwide. The most efficient way to schedule with me is to use the direct schedule button. You will be taken to the website I share with my partner, John Christopher. I am currently accepting telehealth clients in Montana the New York State area. As with most private psychotherapy clinicians, this practice is an out-of-network insurance provider and does not participate directly in insurance panels. Insurance Information

New York residents: Out-of-network — all insurance companies PPO/POS plans

I work with clients who have Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, United, and many other popular insurance carriers as out-of-network providers. Although I do not accept insurance directly, I will gladly file claims with your insurance company on your behalf. Coverage for my services will vary depending on your insurance plan.

Montana residents: In-Network — BCBS, Aetna, Mountain Health Coop, and Allegiance.

Sometimes, I have a waitlist; I will let you know if this is the case. After you choose a time, you will be emailed information and forms from my HIPPA-compliant telemedicine platform, Simple Practice.
